Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting in the daily operations of our food service area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
• Ensure all food items are prepared, presented, and served according to established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
