J Dass Hospitality is seeking an experienced and dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. We provide a luxury hospitality experience in a welcoming and vibrant environment where exceptional service, comfort, and attention to detail are our top priorities.
The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee daily front office operations, support front desk team members, and ensure every guest receives professional, efficient, and personalized service. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily front desk operations and provide support to front office team members. Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures with professionalism and efficiency. Handle room reservations, guest inquiries, and payment processing accurately. Monitor staff schedules and provide guidance to ensure smooth operations. Train, coach, and support new front desk employees. Address guest concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate front desk records, reports, and operational documentation. Assist management with improving guest service processes and team performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality is required. Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays. Professional appearance with a positive attitude and customer-focused mindset. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Basic computer skills and experience with hotel reservation or property management systems. Fluency in Persian, Portuguese, or Spanish is considered an asset.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Post-secondary or hospitality training is an asset
