About the role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Recruit staff. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Organize and maintain inventory. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Manage events. Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.). Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
