Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables. Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs. Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit. Inspect kitchens and food service areas. Clean kitchen and work areas. Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
