We operate 18 restaurants across British Columbia, and we are building the above-restaurant leadership team that will take us further. We do not hire managers. If you have spent years earning your way up through the quick service industry and you are ready to own a portfolio, drive real P&L accountability, and lead a team of managers who are better because of you, this is the role for you!

What You Will Do • Lead a portfolio of approximately five Tim Hortons locations with full accountability for operations, people, and financial performance • Drive net sales growth of vs. prior year, transaction count growth and ATV improvement of across your portfolio • Manage labour, food, paper, and R&M cost lines to plan, within 0.10% of theoretical on variable costs • Coach and develop restaurant managers through structured one-on-ones, six-month development plans, and a nine-blocker bench approach • Manage guest feedback daily through Qualtrics, resolve every complaint within 24 hours and turn every negative experience into a brand recovery • Execute Steritech or other REV audits, 7° of SERVICE walks (our internal guest experience platform), GPS reviews (core process scorecard), and daily RYG reporting across the portfolio • Lead rewards card and Tim Hortons app adoption, outperforming the regional scan rate average • Drive Smile Cookie, Camp Day, and LTO campaigns with energy and execution • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and celebration, gaining commitment, never just compliance

What You Bring • Minimum three years of progressive QSR experience, having moved from restaurant manager to district or multi-unit management • Proven track record in hiring, training, coaching, and developing high-performing managers • Hands-on P&L experience, you understand the numbers and you know how to move them • A metrics-to-process mindset, you read data, identify the process gap, and coach to close it • Minimum two-year diploma from an accredited Canadian college or university • Valid BC driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle, daily travel between restaurants is required • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills across all organizational levels
