Your Day-to-Day Mission The Architectural Technologist bridges design concepts and technical feasibility within the Real Estate team. You translate architectural intentions into detailed technical drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with regulations, sustainability goals, and budgets. Working closely with designers, architects, and engineers, you help integrate the many components of a project, from site visits through to as-built plans.

Your Contribution to the Team Will Include:
- Producing 3D modelling of buildings, pools, furniture, and equipment, including renderings, videos, and VR files
- Preparing execution and shop drawings, as well as custom furniture plans
- Producing preliminary plans, blocking plans, existing condition surveys, and as-built plans
- Drafting and managing technical specification sheets and the specifications database
- Coordinating across disciplines (architecture, engineering, design) and with external stakeholders
- Identifying applicable standards, municipal regulations, and building codes
- Monitoring available materials, hardware, and technologies
- Conducting site visits to perform surveys and resolve issues in real time
To Succeed in This Role, You Will:
- Hold a college diploma (DEC) in architectural technology or a vocational diploma (DEP) in building drafting
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Master MS Office, Autodesk (Revit, AutoCAD), and Enscape
- Be bilingual (French and English), essential for our operations outside Quebec
- Be comfortable working with AI tools (Copilot, Claude)
- Knowledge of PointCloud and Trimble is an asset
