Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations at our restaurant in Edmonton, Alberta. The successful candidate will lead kitchen staff, ensure food quality standards are maintained, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and sanitation procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Supervise kitchen staff and daily food preparation activities Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the kitchen Coordinate kitchen schedules and workflow Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Support efficient kitchen operations during busy service periods
Requirements Completion of high school (secondary school) Minimum 2 years of kitchen supervisory or related experience Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Legally authorized to work in Canada
