Now we’re looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Cut Fruit Production team at our Commissary Kitchen. If you enjoy hands-on kitchen work and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do

• Cut, prepare, and package fresh fruit according to Summerhill Market standards
• Assist with kitchen prep including washing, peeling, slicing, and portioning products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations and production areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Support the production kitchen team with general kitchen helper duties as needed
• Help ensure products are fresh, properly labeled, and presentation-ready for retail locations
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and timelines

What we’re looking for

• Previous kitchen, food prep, produce, or production experience is an asset
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled cooler environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Availability to work Night Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Availability to work weekends as needed with Thursdays and Fridays off

All entry-level retail and kitchen roles begin at minimum wage ($17.60/hr). Pay is negotiable based on experience.
