As we head into our busy season, we are looking for a Lead Bartender who is ready to step into a hands-on leadership role and help elevate our bar experience for our Members and Guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in both leading the team and delivering an outstanding bar experience:

Lead & Support the Team

• Provide day-to-day guidance to bartenders
• Lead by example in service, professionalism, and efficiency
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment

Deliver Exceptional Service

• Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty beverages to a high standard
• Ensure a consistent, professional, and member-focused experience
• Handle member inquiries or concerns with confidence and care

Own the Bar Operations

• Support setup, service, and closing procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Monitor product quality and consistency

Stay Organized & Compliant

• Track inventory needs and support waste control
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations, health & safety, and Club standards

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of bartending experience (leadership experience is a strong asset)
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beverage service
• A natural ability to coach and support others
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional, calm, and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Smart Serve certification

• Competitive Wage: $25.46 per hour (note this position does not receive gratuties)
