Responsible for preparing the mise en place, describing the menu, and taking orders for the kitchen. The role focuses on providing exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.

Requires one year of experience as a server in a similar establishment and completion of a table service course. Candidates must be bilingual in French and English with strong knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits.
