Job summary
You set the tone for the moments that bring people together, from breakfast to special events. As Team Lead Banquet & Breakfast, you will play a key role in creating moments that feel smooth, welcoming, and well-orchestrated. From the first coffee of the morning to the final details of an event setup, you will support your team, and ensure each guest interaction reflects the quality and care that define our hotels. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Coordinate events from setup to teardown, making sure every detail is delivered according to standards; * Create a warm and attentive service experience for guests, while resolving issues with professionalism and care; * Communicate clearly with guests, vendors, and internal teams to ensure operations flow smoothly; * Contribute to a consistent and high-quality guest experience across all service points; * Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and service standards; * Ensure strong understanding and execution of BEOs, room setups, service timelines, and daily operations. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Training in hospitality or tourism, an asset; * 1 to 2 years of experience in a leadership role in banquets, events, conference services, or food and beverage operations; * Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills; * A caring leadership style, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to bring people together; * A hands-on approach and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment; * Good knowledge of Symphony software, an asset.
