Server Assistant

This detail-oriented person ensures tables are set, drinks are refilled, and guests always have what they need - before they even have to ask. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Work alongside servers to create a seamless experience for guests. * Keep tables spotless and ready, ensuring a polished and welcoming atmosphere. * Assist in delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, and clearing tables efficiently. * Anticipate guests’ needs—whether it’s an extra napkin or a fresh glass of water. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas, following all health and safety guidelines. * Help set up and break down the dining area at opening and closing. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * High school diploma or equivalent (a plus, but not required). * Experience in a restaurant setting is a bonus, but a great attitude is even more important. * A strong work ethic and a team-player mentality. * The ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. * A friendly, proactive approach to guest service.
