Instead, it is about building an experience that is memorable and unique for our guests. You will have the basics down but are constantly on the look-out for new trends, and guests’ evolving needs. You will use your knowledge and expertise to make the bar look and function flawlessly. You are passionate about the guest service experience, but also have an eye for detail – from the money that moves through their hands, to the information they provide to guests, to the quality of their drinks. Does this sound like you? You have a keen eye for detail, are very organized, and don’t shy away from physical work. You are capable of moving, lifting, carrying or placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Bartenders – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life. Qualifications Previous bartender experience required.
