The manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including budgeting for supplies and implementing operational procedures. They are also tasked with recruiting, training, and supervising staff while maintaining inventory.

Candidates must have a college or CEGEP education and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English is required for the role.
