Our work environment includes: * On-the-job training Our work environment includes: * Lively atmosphere * Safe work environment * On-the-job training *Responsibilities* * Change bed linen and make beds * Replace used towels * Sweep and mop floors * Vacuum carpets * Dust furniture * Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo) * Clean public areas, like corridors and washrooms * Report any technical issues and maintenance needs * Address guests? queries (e.g. on additional services) * Help guests retrieve lost items * Help with Laundry and Public Area Cleaning * Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift * Follow hotel security guidelines *Requirements* * Must have a *drivers license *or *reliable way *to get to and from workplace * Work experience as a Room Attendant _(preferred)_ * Good physical health and stamina * Ability to lift heavy * Flexibility to work in shifts * Ability to communicate with guests & other staff * Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards * Excellent organization skills * Ability to follow instructions Both guests and staff are required to wear face coverings when in common areas of the hotel.
