Develop lesson plans and deliver hospitality, tourism, and culinary curriculum in classroom and kitchen settings, while collaborating with the team to develop the Culinary Program and course materials. Identify students’ learning needs, assess their progress, liaise with administration, support co-operative education placements, and complete related administrative tasks.
