Greet all guests with a smile Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all time Be aware of all promotions, specials and current pricing Make drinks according to our recipes and specifications Provide food and drinks for guests and servers in a timely and efficient manner Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‐bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner Inform guests about current menu and bowling specials and practice suggestive upselling to elevate the dining experience Record all sales by ringing exact amounts into register, ensure end of day shift report matches revenue sold Maintains security of all bar supplies and inventory Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests; keep manager or shift leader promptly and fully informed of all problems Ensure work areas remain clean, organized and presentable; Exceed all Splitsville’s cleanliness standards Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book, daily bar counts, and checklists Other duties as required To Be Successful You Will Have Serving it Right Certificate A passion for guest service Love to bowl Friendly, energetic, positive attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be a team player The ability to multitask; stays calm under pressure.
