Exigences Membre en règle de l'OIIQ Voiture requise Permis de conduire requis : Oui Véhicule automobile requis : Oui Qualifications demandées: "Expérience récente en CHSLD, avoir fait la formation DCI (cristal net) et SIL-P". Principales responsabilités Évaluer l'état de santé des usagers au CHSLD Planifier, prodiguer et assurer le suivi des soins infirmiers Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'assurer la continuité des soins Participer à l'enseignement auprès des usagers et de leurs proches Assurer une documentation clinique complète et conforme Intéressé(e) ? Requirements
Candidates must be a member in good standing of the OIIQ and possess a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle. Recent experience in a CHSLD setting and completion of DCI (Cristal Net) and SIL-P training are required.
