Responsibilities Tasks Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies Evaluate daily operations Monitor revenues to determine labour cost Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Recruit staff Supervise staff Cost products and services Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Participate in marketing plans and implementation Benefits Health benefits Dental plan Health care plan

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing budgets to maintain profitability, and supervising staff performance. They also handle supplier negotiations and participate in the implementation of marketing plans.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience and a college or CEGEP education. Proficiency in English is required for this on-site role.
