As our Dental Administrator (Concierge), you'll be the first friendly face patients see and the voice they hear when they contact our clinic. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, seamless experience while helping keep our clinic operating efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and wants to be part of a collaborative, patient-focused team. What You'll Be Doing Welcome patients warmly in person, over the phone, and via email Schedule, coordinate, and optimize appointments, including filling last-minute openings Respond to patient inquiries and coordinate referrals with other healthcare providers Present treatment plans and explain insurance coverage, estimated costs, and payment options Process patient billing and insurance claims accurately Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is current Support the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations What We're Looking For Minimum one year of experience in administration, reception, or customer service Previous dental or healthcare experience is considered a strong asset Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset Professional, friendly, and able to remain calm under pressure Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment IPAC certification is considered an asset Why Join Versante Dental?
