Job summary

MAIN DUTIES: Directly responsible to the Site General Manager. Provides high quality housekeeping and laundry services for Lodge residents. Guides and directs housekeeping and laundry staff. Assists with needs of residents and responds to emergency issues. QUALIFICATIONS: A positive rapport with seniors, friendly and helpful team player. A flexible, willing and positive attitude. Previous supervisory experience is required. Experience with laundry and housekeeping is required. WHMIS and chemical cleaning supply knowledge would be an asset. Must be physically able to perform lifting, bending and repetitive tasks. A high standard of hygiene and personal appearance. Completed current First Aid and CPR certification. Must be renewed every three years. Must have a clear and current criminal record check. Requirements

Candidates must have previous supervisory experience and knowledge of laundry and housekeeping operations. A current First Aid and CPR certification, along with a clear criminal record check, are mandatory.
