The Team Leader will perform internal and external repairs on non-structural and structural areas of wind turbine blades, including leading and trailing edge repairs, and composite consolidation under vacuum. Responsibilities also include strictly following work procedures, communicating daily with supervisors, and writing daily repair and inspection reports.
