What’s in it for you: Opportunities for career growth A fun, Supportive, and inclusive team environment Pay issued weekly ($18/hour) Primary Responsibilities and Duties: Guest Check-In and Check Out – Efficiently manage the check in/out processes, verify guest information and process payments accurately. Greet all guests in a courteous and efficient manner upon arrival, address inquiries and requests promptly, and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. Reservations Management – Handle all reservations through various channels including phone, email and online booking systems. Confirm bookings, adjustments; and manage cancellations. Administrative Tasks – Perform clerical duties such as managing phone calls, maintaining guest records, and balancing cash and financial reports at the end of each shift. Work closely with housekeeping to ensure seamless service delivery and address guest needs. What you Bring to the Table: Prior Experience in hospitality or hotel front desk is an asset Work diligently to ensure seamless service delivery and address guest needs. Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays. Strong attention to detail Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. Ability to work in a fast-past environment independently, with minimal supervision. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stretch, twist, and reach for extended periods Schedule: 2 Overnight shifts (11pm - 7am) and a mix of overnight (11pm - 7am) and evenings (3pm - 11pm) for the rest of the shifts each week, Need availability for either shift on all days of the week. *Due to high volume, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. * *Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada.
