WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE - 3+ years of leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant operations. - Strong experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. - Solid knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. - Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams. - Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. - Results-oriented with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively across functions and build strong relationships. - Comfortable making decisions and driving results in a fast-paced environment. - Open to learning and contributing within a retail setting. - Open availability, including evenings and weekends.
