As a Construction Superintendent in the commercial construction industry, based in London, you will oversee hotel renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Client Details Our client is an established construction management company dedicated to high end custom residential and commercial / hospitality renovation and new build projects across the GTA and SW Ontario. Due to current growth, they're looking to secure an experienced Site Superintendent to their team to oversee a hotel renovation project in London, ON. Description Supervise all on-site construction activities for hotel renovation projects. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly to avoid delays. Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations on-site. Collaborate with project managers to ensure budget adherence and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and team members. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports. Strong background in ICI GC/CM construction methodologies. Solid understanding of safety regulations and construction standards in Canada. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders. Ability to effectively coordinate multiple subcontractors and schedules.
