Main Responsibilities:
- Design weekly menus aligned with the restaurant’s identity
- Lead, train, and support the kitchen team
- Participate in staff performance evaluations
- Manage inventory, orders, and food waste
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
- Improve work methods to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Supervise and actively collaborate during service
- Use tools to calculate food costs
- Update and enhance recipes in internal systems
- Collaborate with ownership on menu development
- Perform any other related duties associated with the position

Requirements:
- Culinary diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong mastery of cooking techniques, doneness control, and artistic plating
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team, even during high-pressure periods
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of the Octogone system
- French required; intermediate English needed to communicate with English-speaking customers (approximately 25% of the time)
Salary: Starting at $28 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Flexible full-time, 40 hours per week
