Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits. Monitor staff performance . Plan and organize daily operations. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Leading/instructing individuals. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Employment terms options: Early morning. Government programs: Recognized employer. Employment terms options: Evening. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees .
