If you desire to have an impact on a growing business we?d love to hear from you! *Duties* * Clean, cut, and prepare ingredients as directed by the kitchen manager * Cook dishes according recipes and ensure consistency * Weigh and portion food into individual containers * Maintain clean work space and equipment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards *Requirements* * A passion for Korean/Japanese food and cooking * Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment (1 year minimum) * Experience in a production or commercial kitchen is an asset * Basic knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques * Ability to remain organized at all times in a fast paced environment * Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to assist others as needed * Excellent communication skills * Ability to multitask and problem solve * Ability to stand and walk for 8+hours at a time. Ability to lift 50lbs * Willingness to learn new things and adapt * Be punctual *Expected Start day : August 21st, 2026* *Schedule : Full-time (4-4.5 days/week)* Joining our team is an opportunity to contribute to a growing brand.
