We are looking for a sous chef/junior sous for a full time position in a fast-paced corporate catering kitchen. We are open Monday-Friday, and start very early. We are closed most holidays. We occasionally have weekend and evening events that we will need help with as well. We make everything from scratch so it is not just operating a microwave. All our staff are cross-trained and work in every station of the business-the words "not my job" are a swear here.
