As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. Full-time permanent position with schedule on weekdays MON to FRI - from 07:00 AM until 3:00 PM Competitive Hourly wage of $22.84/ an hour We invest in you by covering the cost of ongoing training through the GardaWorld Academy Career advancement opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided free of charge Responsibilities for Concierge Security Supervisor Lead a team of on-site concierge security guards Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions, manage the training of the guards on regular site's compliance and procedures Access control duties, CCTV cameras monitoring Issue and manage access cards Complete daily reports and incident reports Communication with in-house Security Department Other related duties specified by Account Manager Qualifications for Concierge Security Supervisor Be legally authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid BC security worker license min. 1 year of supervisor experience and team management - ideally in security industry Excellent leadership skills & strong customer service orientation, conflict resolution experience with focus on de-escalation Advance computer skills & excellent English communication skills (in-person, phone & e-mail) First aid certification - an asset This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
