Housekeeping Leader | Luxury Coastal Property | Western Canada We’re looking for a talented Housekeeping Leader to join an exceptional luxury property in one of Western Canada’s most beautiful coastal locations. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands that outstanding housekeeping is about far more than immaculate rooms - it’s about the tiny details that shape the entire guest experience. You’ll work closely with the wider Rooms team, supporting daily operations, developing the Housekeeping team and maintaining consistently exceptional standards throughout the property. What we're looking for Previous housekeeping leadership experience within a luxury hotel, resort or similarly high-standard hospitality environment Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine pride in presentation Strong organizational and operational skills A warm, positive and approachable leadership style Experience training, coaching and motivating a housekeeping team Comfortable being hands-on within the operation Ability to thrive within a close-knit team and remote hospitality environment Genuine interest in making a longer-term move rather than simply completing a season Canadian work authorisation required The opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded luxury hospitality team in an extraordinary coastal setting. The property values people who want to become part of the operation and community and is looking for a longer-term commitment from its leadership team. Shared team housing is available. Leaders have a private bedroom within a shared house, typically sharing communal spaces with 2–3 other Leaders. Due to the remote location and extremely limited independent housing, applicants relocating with family, children or pets would need to arrange their own accommodation. Requires previous housekeeping leadership experience in a luxury hospitality environment and Canadian work authorization. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to a long-term role in a remote location.
