We are seeking all leadership/management roles for a hotel opening in St. Martin: GM, Hrd, Dos, Fom, Director of f&b, Chief Engineer, Executive Housekeeper, Security Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Must have at least 2 years of progressive experience in the specified role
• Must have hotel opening experience.
• Must have experience working in the Caribbean, with preference to St. Martin or with French labor laws.
• Must be proficient in Office 365, Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Must have knowledge of PowerPoint, MS WORD, Excel, and Google Analytics.
• Must have excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organization is required.
• Must have the ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities.
• Must have the ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written in French and English.
