The Customer Care Representative is the first point of contact for teachers and non- teaching applicants who have questions and issues with the Apply to Education website. Your role will be to help applicants through any issues they encounter while using our software. But don't worry, we'll train you so you're comfortable answering questions via phone and email.
Successful candidates already in this role have come from a retail or hospitality background either full time upon graduation of post secondary or worked part time while in school.
