Employment - Hotel Front Desk Supervisor Hotel Front Desk Supervisor Auberge Gisele's inn Full-Time Weekends Evenings On-Call Description Front Desk Supervisor - Job Description – NOC 62022 Coordinate, assign and review the work of hotel front desk operations for all Front office staff. Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments. Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports. Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work Oversee room assignments, billing, and reservation accuracy using the PMS. Monitor and improve guest satisfaction through feedback and service standards. Conduct shift reports, cash handling, and administrative tasks. Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness. Promote hotel services, upsell upgrades, and encourage loyalty program sign-ups. Ensure front desk procedures align with security, privacy, and company policies. Work hand in hand with Hotel Management to ensure smooth operations and expectations are met of the department.
