Requirements
Requires a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a one- to two-year program and two to less than three years of experience. A Safe Food Handling certificate or Food Safety Certificate is listed, along with experience in cuisines including Canadian, Italian, Caribbean and Latin American, and Mediterranean.
