In this fast-paced setting, you will play a crucial role in food preparation, cooking, maintaining strict kitchen sanitation, and delivering consistent taste and quality for locals and visitors alike. *Key Responsibilities* * Prepare, season, and fry Korean-style chicken and side items following standardized recipes * Safe handling and preparation of raw poultry and fresh ingredients * Efficiently operate commercial kitchen equipment, including high-volume fryers and prep stations * Uphold strict food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at all times * Package and organize orders accurately for dine-in, takeout, and delivery services * Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and station setup/breakdown * Collaborate with front-of-house staff to maintain fast ticket times and high service standards *Requirements* * Previous kitchen, QSR, or restaurant experience is preferred (full training provided) * Ability to multitask and perform well in a high-volume, fast-paced environment * Comfortable working with raw meat and operating hot machinery * Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset * Physical ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 20?25 kg * Flexibility to work peak tourist hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays *What We Offer* * Competitive hourly pay * Clear opportunities for leadership and career advancement * Vibrant work culture in a high-energy tourist hub *Schedule* * 20?40 hours per week * Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts *Why Join Us* Be a part of a passionate team bringing famous Korean fried chicken to Niagara Falls.
