Successful candidate must be available: Saturday Am and PM (Bar or serve) Sunday AM (Day Bar) Monday AM (Day Bar) Tuesday Am and PM Requirements: 1–2 years of bartending experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant Strong knowledge of current food and beverage trends Solid wine and cocktail expertise Smart Serve Certified Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Proven ability to multi-task and work as part of a collaborative team Available for varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Comfortable managing large crowds with professionalism and composure Passionate about hospitality, creativity, and delivering a standout guest experience Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset A love for jazz music and enthusiasm for promoting our SPICIER culture Key Responsibilities: Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional manner Create and serve high-quality, consistent, and innovative beverages Manage bar inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace Operate POS system and process payments accurately Serve food and drinks to guests at the bar and lounge areas Ensure compliance with health and liquor regulations, including Smart Serve protocols Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment Help deliver memorable moments through exceptional service and a genuine love of hospitality Why Join Us?
