What You'll Do: Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization Assist with training new team members as required What You Have: No culinary experience? No problem! We'll have you cooking like a pro in no time Fast food or culinary experience is an asset Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Attention to detail and consistent quality, even during high volume service Strong work ethic and great communication skills Passion for the culinary industry, with a drive to learn and grow Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks Flexible full time availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Banff Hospitality Collective is: https://www.banffcollective.com/banff-restaurants BHC is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements
Culinary experience is not required; fast-food or culinary experience is an asset. Candidates should understand food safety and proper food handling, maintain quality during busy service, communicate well, be physically able to perform demanding tasks, and have flexible full-time availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
