Operational Vacuuming guest hallway floors, sweeping and mopping service spaces Dust and polish furniture and fittings Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner Restocking and maintaining supplies on a daily basis. Stripping beds and restocking linen Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Observe and report damage of hotel property Customer Service: Respond to guest queries and requests and provide exceptional guest service at all times Security and Safety: Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms Follow all company safety and security procedures Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the colleague is regularly required to sit; stand; bend; walk; reach, pull, use hands or finger; or feel objects, tools or controls; may need to lift boxes (up to 30 lbs); Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are based on the hotel's operational needs. Maintain cleanliness of guest hallways and service spaces through vacuuming, mopping, and dusting. Ensure rooms are spotless and well-stocked while responding to guest requests and reporting maintenance issues.

Ability to learn cleaning products, sanitation methods, and the operation of cleaning equipment. Must be able to work in a team and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs.
