Take guest orders for food & beverage, Process orders using the POS system Prepare accurate cash out deposits, responsible for any cash shortages and monitoring all guest bill folds to avoid walkouts and shortages Responsible for the opening and closing duties of the dining room or off site location Responsible for providing superior guest service; Act as a sales agent, using your up-selling skills and be well versed in our menus, knowledgeable in foods and wine WHAT WILL YOU NEED FROM ME? Responsible for taking food and beverage orders, processing payments via POS, and managing cash deposits. Ensures superior guest service and performs opening and closing duties for the dining area.

Requires a Smart Serve Certificate and at least one year of restaurant serving experience. Candidates must be professional, punctual, and available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
