The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with Residential Concierge experience. excellent communication skills, with some flexibility and willingness to work various shifts and various sites, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities: Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises. Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions. Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff. Maintain a professional attitude toward training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications. Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction. Support property management with any additional tasks as required. Requirements: Must have Residential Concierge Security experience. Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology. Excellent written and oral communication Must have a valid Ontario Security License. Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week. First Aid and CPR High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
