Position: Housekeeping Supervisor The Role at a Glance: This position plays a key role within our hotels. The Housekeeping Supervisor will help lead our housekeeping team and reports into the Housekeeping Manager. Our housekeeping team provides exceptional service and maintains the highest cleanliness standards throughout our guest rooms and public spaces. We provide exceptional guest stays in our meticulously restored guest rooms. Your Day To Day Duties: * Create exceptional standards of hospitality that guests will always remember. * Lead a housekeeping team that are at the heart of creating an exceptional guest service and take care of guests from the moment they arrive. * Ensure all housekeeping is carried out in accordance health and safety policies. * Audit and provide monitoring for your team as well as support all training for their shifts. * Coordinate activities of housekeeping team members engaged in cleaning within a very busy environment. * Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees and guests * Assist in monitoring employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity * Perform daily inspection of rooms, common areas and general areas. * Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and issue resolution * Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times. * Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management. You have: * Previous supervisory experience. * Proven ability to provide quality audits and training. * Passion about hospitality and cleanliness. * A post-secondary diploma or degree (nice to have). * Strong communication, both verbal and written. * Flexibility and willingness to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
